Elivia Homes, with their planning consultants, have launched an online public consultation about their plans to build 29 homes on the site in Backsettown that is allocated for development under Henfield’s Neighbourhood Plan. They presented the outline proposals at a Plans Advisory Committee meeting on Monday 2nd September. The consultation will be open for a couple of weeks, following which they will consider the feedback and then submit a full planning proposal to Horsham District Council. In the normal course of events, this will be referred to Henfield Parish Council for formal consideration at a Plans Advisory Committee meeting - likely to be in October or November.
