PAC meets on the 1st and 3rd Thursday every month in the Henfield Hall. Members of the public are welcome to attend all meetings.

All planning applications for Henfield are decided by Horsham District Council. The PAC gives advice to Horsham District Council to reflect the a local opinion or concerns on each application. HPC Plans Advisory Committee now uses specific criteria for assessing all planning applications with respect to environmental impact, climate change and sustainability. PAC will proactively look for applications to address ; Energy efficiency, renewable energy, protection of green space and tree coverage, resilience to climate impacts and water saving.
